By using the CAD-CAM systems (NX) and the FORGE simulation program, the Design Department assures structural designs for the tools as required by customers.
TOOL-MAKING WORKSHOP
The tool-making workshop implements the manufacturing of new tools for the conventional pressing and precision cutting, and repairs and maintenance for these tools. It ensures production of the gauges, special fixtures and technological units for the rest of the production process.

Fine blanking – 14 automatic lines with presses 800-6 300kN (Feintool Osterwalder, Feintool SMG, Schmid)
Conventional stamping – 6 automatic lines with crank presses 2 000-5 000kN, eccentric presses 630-2 000kN (IWK, Erfurt, Richter, Kieserling, Colombo Agostino)
Drilling machines - multispindle, thread cutting
Grinding – 3 lines for surface spindle grinding with DDS 457 and 600, 6 belt sanders
Broaching – 4 broaching machines
Spot welding, orbital and manual riveting
Induction hardening
Tumbling – 5 tumbling lines Spaleck and Rösler
